About the job Account Management Surabaya

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and proactively offering solutions to address them.

2. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts and by acquiring new clients.

3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets and career goals.

4. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize client satisfaction and retention. Have to have at least 20 Base customer that bring great revenue

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution of client strategies and initiatives.

6. Performance Analysis: Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.

7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform strategic decision-making and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
