Regional Project Coordinator (Banjarmasin)

1. Project Management

• Ensure FTK vendor are carried the full turnkey work properly to manage the other vendor/FLP/TLP to secure RAN implementation (New Sites and MOCN) are delivered as per project timeline at regional level
• Strong coordination with related stakeholders to ensure smooth project communication and escalation at regional level
• Supervision of RAN vendor project implementation
• Generate the report on RAN implementation in regional level

2. New Site Implementation

• Monitor scheduling the cluster based new sites implementation to align with cluster implementation schedule
• Ensure RAN material fulfillment from both new equipment orders and reuse are fulfilled to secure new sites implementation
• Ensure new site implementation (Tower works, Civil works, ME works, Power works, TI works) are executed as per plan and align with MOCN implementation schedule

3. Swap/Upgrade/Swap Upgrade Implementation

• Schedulling the cluster-based swap/swap upgrade/upgrade implementation to align with cluster implementation schedule
• Ensure RAN material fulfillment from both new equipment orders and reuse are fulfilled to secure swap/swap upgrade/upgrade implementation
• Strong supervision to the vendor to execute the work to meet with the schedule

4. MOCN Implementation

• Schedulling the cluster based MOCN implementation schedule
• MOCN cutover implementation as per project timeline/schedule

5. Transmission Implementation

• New TRM implementation
• Upgrade transmission implementation
• Traffic migration
• FO implementation
