Class 1 HGV Driver (General Haulage) - Stoke-on-Trent
Pay: £14.75 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | Guaranteed 50 hours per week
Contract: Full-time
Night-out work: Required, with enhanced allowances

We are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable Class 1 HGV Drivers to join a well-established and growing distribution operation based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Due to continued business growth, our client is expanding their driving team and is looking for an experienced Class 1 Drivers to carry palletised freight to destinations across the UK.

This is a Monday-to-Friday position with a guaranteed 50 hours per week. The role will include some night-out work, with additional allowances payable.

You will play an important part in representing the business out on the road, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, professionally and with a high standard of customer service.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A valid Class 1 / Category C+E Driving Licence
• A valid Driver CPC
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 1 driving experience, ideally 1–2 years
• A reliable and professional approach to work
• The ability to undertake nationwide deliveries and night-out work
• A strong commitment to safe driving and excellent customer service
• Maximum 6 Points on your licence
