• Assess and Advise: Listen to customer concerns, assess their needs, and provide accurate information about services and repairs.
• Estimate and Explain: Prepare clear, detailed service estimates and explain them in a way anyone can understand.
• Upsell Like a Pro: Highlight additional services and products to enhance the customers vehicle performance and safety.
• Coordinate Service: Work closely with our technicians to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Keep Records: Maintain accurate, organized records of customer interactions, service orders, and transactions.
• Follow Up: Check in with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Stay in the Know: Keep up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and repair processes to offer informed recommendations.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in customer service.
• Automotive dealership experience is a big plus.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of successful upselling.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive repair experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, you can explain technical info clearly and confidently.
