We're looking for a technically fluent project manager to drive AI-powered delivery — orchestrating teams, agents, and architecture to ship what matters.
What You'll Do
Translate requirements into AI tasks. Work directly with our Shenzhen HQ to decompose complex business and technical needs into executable AI workflows aligned to system and network-layer architecture.
Build and ship with AI tools. Use advanced AI tooling to drive system design, coding, and testing — moving fast without sacrificing rigour.
Orchestrate AI Agents: Manage multi-agent systems end-to-end: coordinate tasks, ensure on-time delivery, and integrate outputs cleanly into the broader product.
Own quality and security. Validate every solution against performance, security, and scalability benchmarks. You set the bar.
Research and innovate, Stay ahead of the curve — continuously evaluating emerging AI methods and tools that can sharpen our products and workflows.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience or 1+ year of hands-on AI development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong Linux and networking foundations, with proven experience in communications or cybersecurity projects.
- Practical experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and languages (Python, C++).
- A track record of building and optimizing AI development environments efficiently and at pace.
- Solid understanding of multi-agent collaboration principles and the ability to apply them to complex, real-world tasks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Communications, or a related field.
