Known globally as a company that continually continues to reinvent itself and deliver best-in-class solutions with a culture of innovation and high levels of client satisfaction, our clients Thailand organization is seeking an experienced and highly detailed AR Accountant to fill the following position:
The Account Receivables Accountant will be overseeing customer accounts, ensuring prompt payment collection, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. This will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee Accounts Receivables function, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Track customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up to ensure prompt collections.
- Reconcile AR accounts and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
- Generate AR aging reports and provide regular updates on outstanding balances.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Provide required documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Identify opportunities to enhance AR processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree level in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Thai with strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of experience in Account Receivables or General Accounting.
- Strong foundation and knowledge in accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP Systems.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and precise in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
