Currently, our client is looking for a talented and experienced Country Manager to support their organization in the following capacity.


The Country Manager will oversee the marketing and business development strategies of the product in the Thai market to drive growth and profitability. This involves establishing and maintaining key partnerships, aiming for significant business growth. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Create and execute marketing and business development strategies within the local market.
  • Plan, establish, and forecast performance, ensuring revenue goals and budgets are met and aligned with business goals.
  • Track operational performance against objectives and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Conduct market research and analysis and provide in-depth insights into the industry market to guide operational.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments and provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee the process of recruiting and integrating talented livestreamers and leaders to run new and existing guilds/ communities.
  • Develop operational plans and strategies to ensure the communities are aligned with the platforms overall goals, including user engagement, content quality, and audience growth.
  • Identify ways to grow the number of users of viewers within the guild, enhancing engagement through the relationships and communities that guild leaders and livestreamers cultivate.
  • Create reward systems or incentives to encourage guild leaders and members to remain active and loyal to the platform.
  • Develop new and unique features or products that make the guilds more engaging, keeping it dynamic and relevant for both guild leaders and their audiences.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication.
  • Support platform operations and foster collaboration between guilds to promote guild operation and resource sharing to maximize platform effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze data related to guild operations and prepare reports to track performance, identify issues, and update on guild performance.
  • Collect and address user feedback from players and communicate it to the company.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on activities, outcomes, and plans.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified to a degree level in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of working experience in a Strategic Management role in livestreaming, social media apps, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Thai.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to unite teams towards a common goal.
  • High in business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate analysis to concrete actions and recommendations.
  • High attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge in the social networking/ media and livestream industry in the Thai market.
  • Resilient, Hard worker, and highly motivated with ability to handle high pressure environments.
  • Excellent copywriting and writing skills.
