Financial Planning and Analysis

The Financial Planning and Analysis will be in charge of all business forecasting and will be providing analysis in decision-making for all business aspects (operational, strategic, financial). The successful candidates further responsibilities are outlined as follows:

• Analyzing the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying the cause of any unexpected variances
• Developing and continually improving budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
• Presenting monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments

• Implementing a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
• Developing financial models and analyzing them to support strategic initiatives
• Ad-hoc business performance reporting
• Supporting management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis

Qualifications:

• Qualified to degree level in financial, accounting, economics, or business related field
• At least 4+ years of FP&A experience, preferably from Beauty / Cosmetics industry
• Purchasing experience will be advantage
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and Outlook
• Good budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning skills with knowledge of finance principles and processes

• Detail-oriented and good in problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Thai
