Position Summary:

The case team assistant will support the consulting team across a variety of functions including but not limited to, preparing presentation materials for client meetings, supporting analyses and research, managing case team files, and other related duties as required

Qualifications:

  1. PMO skill able to keep track of tasks/master plans and chase people.
  2. Note-taking skill we need CTAs who can follow conversations, organize, and can easily act plans; Good listening and comprehension skill is a pre-requisite.
  3. Thai and English meetings are run in both Thai and English but mostly in Thai
  4. Experienced in data processing (great handle of excel spreadsheet, pivot table, basic formula)
  5. Experienced in desktop research, including synthesizing data and drawing insights
  6. Experience working in Retail Banking / Wealth Management / Financial Services
  7. Bachelors degree from a renowned educational institution

Core - Responsibilities:

  • Assist with collation and processing of presentation material e.g. sourcing and basic research, sifting, scanning, and organization of material
  • Work with an Information Specialist to assist in data collection; follow instructions from case teammembers to conduct phone interviews, internet searches, and another off-site data search as assigned.
  • Provide quality assurance on slide production; proofread slides and presentation material to ensure zero-defect production for case teams
  • Train and coordinate services of temporary personnel in slide production/phone interviews as needed.
  • Assist with data processing, data entry, and analysis.
  • Liaising directly with junior to senior client stakeholders
  • Translation from English to Thai and Thai to English in meetings
