Our client is a leading global retailer specializing in the latest and renowned sports fashion and lifestyle products. Being well-known for their extensive range of footwear, apparel, and accessories, they cater to both athletes and fashion-forward individuals. With a strong brand presence in multiple countries across various continents, our client is known for their premium products from top brands, as well as their exclusive in-house labels. They cater to the needs of their customers through their online presence and physical stores. Currently, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to support their organization in the following capacity.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating brand awareness across both online and offline channels by utilizing branding and marketing strategies and creating and managing marketing campaigns. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Develop and implement creative and effective marketing plans to meet set objectives and strengthen brand awareness across target audiences.
  • Manage marketing programs throughout the whole process through internal and external collaborations.
  • Conduct analysis on various platforms to determine insights for future campaigns development and strategies.
  • Identify and analyze consumer trends and behavior, market analysis, and competitor strategies to create marketing strategies.
  • Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns for prospect and customer lifecycle, aligning communications consistently across all channels.
  • Oversee content and updates for customer touchpoints, set budget, join events, document processes, and support sales.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and web team to increase conversion rate from website traffic.
  • Analyze market insights to create strategies on increasing customer conversions and leads.
  • Work closely with creative team to guide creative direction for advertising and brand communication.
  • Collaborate with partners and brands to identify new business opportunities and develop action plans.
  • Create strategic marketing direction and annual planning for each brand.
  • Work closely with other internal departments.
  • Plan and oversee all promotions, activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, malls/ retail space, etc.
  • Lead, train, and coach team members.


Qualifications:

  • Qualified to a degree level in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of working experience in Retail environment with at least 1 year in managerial position.
  • Strong experience in retail marketing, consumer marketing, and social planning.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Strong understanding in marketing, media, market research, and data analysis.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, campaign and event management, and partnership development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with ability to drive collaboration and leverage internal support.
  • Strong capability to present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate market analysis into effective strategies to position brands against competitors.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
