About the job Sales Manager
Established over 20 years ago, our client is a leading luxury retailer in Thailand and a premier destination for luxury home furnishings, offering a curated selection of high-end furniture, lighting, and décor from world-renowned designers. Through personalized services and a deep understanding of design aesthetics, they cater to various clients, including homeowners, interior designers, and architects. Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to lead sales activities and oversee the sales team.
The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, implement business strategies to increase revenue to meet company goals, and coach and lead the Sales team to achieve sales target. He/she will be required to fulfill the following duties and key responsibilities:
- Establish individual and team sales objectives, monitor progress, implement training and development programs to improve performance, and inspire the team to surpass targets.
- Manage and develop the sales team through recruiting, coaching, and training Sales staff to enhance their skills and drive success.
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, promotional activities, and initiatives designed to boost revenue.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM reporting and forecasting.
- Assist the team in securing high-value deals and nurturing key client relationships.
- Develop market insight through staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to drive effective sales campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Qualified to degree level in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture or a related subject.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience, preferably from a luxury retail or interior design industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of high-end furniture, design trends, and the luxury market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in team management.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Demonstrated success in setting sales goals, monitoring performance, and driving results.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic business mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Highly motivated, results-driven and able to perform well and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
