Our clients branch in Thailand is now looking for an experienced Senior Staffing Specialist to take on the following role:


The Senior Staffing Specialist will play a key role as a strategic partner and advisor to the business. Shaping both the client and employee experiences. This role will act as the main point of contact, collaborating with professionals at all levelsfrom Consultants to Partnersas well as cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific region. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Manage staffing for the Consultant class across SEA, ensuring balanced and effective case teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Consultants, aligning staffing decisions with their professional growth and development needs.
  • Engage in discussions with Partners on staffing strategies for upcoming cases.
  • Maintain efficient resource allocation to maintain smooth business operations while supporting employees career growth.
  • Track workforce distribution and make recommendations to optimize team structures and maintain the right resource balance.
  • Support the seamless execution of daily staffing operations.
  • Drive progress on outstanding tasks within the teams workflow.
  • Maintain data accuracy in the staffing system to enhance decision-making.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or people- or operations-related fields.
  • 6 8 years of work experience in staffing in a professional services firm or relevant experience in workforce planning, resource management, talent strategy and management, or people-related function within a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or multinational corporate setting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Thai and English to coordinate with regional team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with professionals at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or staffing systems).
