About the job Business Development Manager

  1. The Consultant shall perform the services with all due care, skills and to the best of his ability and use his/her best endeavors to promote the interests of the Company.
  2. The Consultant shall at all times comply with the directions or limits of authority from given or set by the Company.
  3. The Consultant shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, whether in Singapore, Thailand or elsewhere.
  4. The Consultant shall devise Business Development Plans and Sales Strategies for Thailand, in alignment with Business Units Objectives, to ensure profitability and growth in sales revenue.
  5. The Consultant shall monitor and provide timely reports and updates to main office, in Singapore, on market development, competitor information and related activities.
  6. The Consultant shall build and maintain rapport with key customers, creating a positive partnership.
  7. The Consultant shall recommend and identify new business and collaboration opportunities, through engaging identified business partners, suppliers, and vendors.
  8. The Consultant shall connect and discuss with potential customers to understand their needs.
  9. The Consultant shall prepare and present quotations / commercial proposals to follow up on sales matters.
  10. The Consultant shall provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers.
  11. The Consultant shall also follow up on any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Singapore office, in accordance to business development in Thailand.
