Their subsequent games have also been highly successful, including one that generated billions in global revenue and ranked among the top 15 in overseas revenue. Their remarkable success has enabled them to expand into new markets, establishing offices in Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, and beyond. Currently, they are looking for a talented Country Manager to support their organization in the following capacity.


The Country Manager will oversee the marketing and business development strategies of games within the Thai market. This involves establishing and maintaining key partnerships, aiming for significant business growth. Strategic leadership will be required to align the platform and vision with business goals, requiring innovative data, data-driven decision making, and flexibility. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Create and execute marketing and business development strategies for games within the local market.
  • Plan, establish, and forecast performance, ensuring revenue goals and budgets are met and aligned with business goals.
  • Track operational performance against objectives and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Conduct market research and analysis and provide in-depth insights into the Thai game market to guide operational planning.
  • Develop regional market strategies, activities, and products tailored to the preferences and expectations of Thai players.
  • Collect and address user feedback from players and communicate it to the company.
  • Implement game operation models to improve player experience.
  • Analyze platform data and performance against goals like sales, conversions, and ROI.
  • Foster an engaging environment to increase loyalty of the player community.
  • Lead teams and create a positive and passionate work environment.
  • Expand business channels and resources to support company growth and success.
  • Foster and maintain key partnerships within and outside the gaming industry.
  • Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on activities, outcomes, and plans.


Qualifications:

  • Qualified to a degree level in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • P&L Responsibilities
  • At least 5+ years of working experience in a Strategic Management role in the gaming industry in the Thai market.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to unite teams towards a common goal.
  • High in business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate analysis to concrete actions and recommendations.
  • High attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge in the gaming industry in the Thai market and Thai players preferences and behavior.
  • Extensive industry contacts with developers, media, and publishers.
