Established for over 20 years, our client has become Asias leading workplace solutions firm and has expanded to more than 20 prime locations across Asia. Due to the significant growth in their Thailand operation, our client is seeking a Center Manager join their growing team in the following capacity:
CENTER MANAGER WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS
PATHUMWAN SERICES OFFICE PROVIDER
The Center Manager will be responsible for generating sales, achieving sales revenue (70%), and overseeing and managing day-to-day operations at the center (30%). This position will oversee the following activities: sales and marketing, P&L, client management/ customer service, operations, people management, and finances. The duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:
- Strategize sales initiatives to acquire new clients, manage client inquiries, and oversee sales execution.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and manage client renewals and expansions.
- Recognize and drive new business opportunities and pinpointing avenues for market exposure to generate sales volume.
- Oversee the financial performance (P&L) of business area to achieve specified turnover and profit goals.
- Meet profit and revenue objectives outlined in business plan.
- Establish and enforce pricing guidelines.
- Communicate company objectives and business goals, setting personal objectives for direct reports and outlining performance expectations.
- Conduct routine meetings with clients to assess their needs, concerns, and requirements and address and resolve any concerns or complaints raised by clients.
- Proactively address customer demands and stay abreast of competitor innovations in customer service.
- Contribute insights to product and service development in alignment with customer and market trends.
- Oversee daily operational tasks and duties.
- Ensure the workplace is clean and tidy and all office equipment and supplies and properly managed and upkeep.
- Review and authorize Purchase Orders and ensure all charges are appropriately recorded in the system.
- Supervise team members within the center.
- Handle recruitment, selection, and training of staff.
- Handle, manage, and approve invoices, petty cash, reimbursements, creditors report, and daily band balance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Management, or relevant field.
- At least 5+ years of working experience in serviced office/ hospitality and tourism industry, focusing on sales, customer relations, operations, and front desk.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in Sales processes, Customer service, operation standards, and serviced office standards.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Detail- and service-oriented with ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
