About the job Sale Director

The Sales Director will be leading and overseeing overall sales operation and activities in Thailand. The successful candidate will be required to deliver sales volume to the set target and driving the business growth & market development through the duties and responsibilities outlined as follows:
  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Creating more sales channels to drive the companys revenue.
  • Uncover opportunities for new business in market by cultivating leads
    and utilizing your networks
  • Cultivating relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
  • Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
  • Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.
  • Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.
  • Presenting a sales performance and weekly sale report to a management team.

Qualifications:

  • At least a bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales-related role preferably within the Laundry or Vending sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of sale and marketing techniques and best practices
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, result-oriented and experience in volume-based sales
  • Very good command of both spoken and written English and Thai
