About the job HR Generalist
Our client is one of the leading Biomedical and Life Sciences services companies who provides a wide range of clinical laboratory science related services and products around Asia. Established in Singapore for almost 40 years, our client has successfully grown from a small industry to one of the most reputable names in the biomedical and life sciences industry and has expanded across several countries in Southeast Asia. They have been in Thailand for over 10 years and is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to take on the following role:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for Human Resources and administrative operations and tasks, as well as providing HR and administrative support to the Head of operations and the Headquarter HR. This sought-after positions overall duties and responsibilities are outlined as below:
- Day-to-day HR operations and duties such as interview arrangement, onboarding, confirmation, payroll, leave management, employee engagement, time attendance, updating databases etc.
- Working closely across departments to ensure smooth operations, coordinating with Finance Department for Payroll
- Supporting the roll-out of HR projects or initiatives
- Planning and coordinating the employee engagement activities for the company
- Preparing monthly reports such as leave report, time attendance report etc. to HQ
- Maintaining proper filing system for smooth data retrieving
- Participating and providing support for projects and events
- Performing HR administrative job as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resource management, business studies, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of Human Resources working experience in a generalist scope (Preferably in manufacturing industry)
- Experience using HR system for payroll, claims, leave etc. is a plus
- Good knowledge of HR processes & practices and Thailand labor law
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Excellent Command of written and spoken English and Thai
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work at Bangyai, Nonthaburi occasionally
