The company aims to create and nurture diverse gaming and esports ecosystems by collaborating with content creators, professional esports teams, and gaming influencers. With a keen emphasis on community engagement and entertainment, the company leverages its extensive network to deliver unique and immersive experiences for gaming enthusiasts. Established in Singapore in 2019, it quickly expanded its markets into Southeast Asia including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support their organization in the following capacity.
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for contributing to business growth by forming strategic partnerships, contributing to market expansions, and identifying new business opportunities. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:
- Create and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales target to grow customer base in Thailand.
- Form strong partnerships with clients and agencies to understand and meet their business needs and objectives.
- Generate leads, close deals, and manage partner relationships.
- Convey value proposition through detailed presentations and proposals.
- Stay updated on category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Analyze category trends and market shifts affecting budgets and strategies.
- Report campaign results and provide insights to clients and utilize the data to recommend new campaigns or products.
- Help build sales team to enhance market presence.
Qualifications:
- Qualified to a degree level in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of working experience in digital advertising/ sponsorship.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
- Strong understanding of influencer market and trends within the advertising industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with strong network with media agencies and direct clients.
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a sales team.
- Ability to drive sales process from planning to closing.
- Strong analytical skills to translate market analysis to position products against competitors.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
