About the job HR Advisor

  • Managing people implication and co-creating the people strategy by using the functional knowledge in order to ensure the alignment of the business vision and strategic direction
  • Providing information on employee morale, engagement, and overall organizational health to the clients
  • Maintaining the relationship with the clients by providing insight information such as employee morale, engagement, and overall organization health
  • Managing the employees concerns and finding new solution to end the controversy
  • Responsible for future strategy planning and development of HR
  • Working on workforce planning and getting along with other Heads for their talent acquisition requirements.
  • Adjusting the onboarding process of the new hires following the companys standard onboarding program
  • Identifying the gaps that could affect the companys growth and coordinating with other Heads to find new sources or solutions to improve the issues
  • Guiding people managers in developing talents within organization
  • Coaching and helping implement the performance management system with the Group Function Heads, such as Annual target, performance review and etc.
  • Promoting Employer branding activities in order to improve the company capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Qualified to degree level or higher in a related field
  • At least 4+ years of general HR management, preferably in a regional role in the food sector
  • A minimum of 2 years of HR business partner experience at a regional level
  • Strong leadership skills, with business insight and strategic mindset
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Thai, with excellent communication skills
