The platforms user-friendly interface, innovative features, and robust ticketing tools make them the go-to solution for events of all sizes, from concerts and festivals to conferences and workshops. Our client is now looking for a Marketing Associate to take on a crucial role in the following capacity.
The Marketing Associate will be assisting the Marketing Kead in all marketing activities and operational tasks for customers to drive company growth and meet business objectives. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:
- Support marketing strategies including marketing automation (MailJet) and email marketing, content marketing, brand management and communications, and digital and social media marketing.
- Manage requests for inbound marketing related to social media and event promotions.
- Act as administrator for social media channels and create content across platforms.
- Perform administrative tasks for PR and business partnerships.
- Evaluate inbound leads generated from marketing and assist in following up with sales to close deals.
- Assist in website updates and content marketing system tools (Webflow).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or in generalist roles. Prior experience in the Tech industry is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Tech-savvy and fluency in marketing automation and CMS tools (e.g., MailJet, Webflow) and photo editing tools are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data driven decisions and conclusions.
- High interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Prior experience in leading cross-functional projects and working with external partners.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Passionate, driven, and able to work independently and strive in a fast-paced environment.
