Formed by a group of experienced entrepreneurs, our client has formed one of the most well-known online platforms for their customers to find and get unique promotions and a full-service online booking platform in Thailand. Established in Thailand in 2018, our client has grown into Thailands leading healthcare booking platform and continues to experience significant growth. Currently, they are looking for a proactive, flexible, and hands-on Accounting Manager to take on the role of handling various financial tasks and leading a finance team.


The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the management of the companys financial operations, compliance with tax regulations, and the management of accounts payable and receivable. The main responsibilities include Financial Planning & Analysis, Operational Finance Management, Compliance and Reporting, Process Improvement, and Team Management. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Work closely with the management to create short-term and long-term financial strategies and develop annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Create financial models to predict future growth and highlight key business drivers.
  • Examine financial and operational outcomes to offer performance insights.
  • Ensure on-time and precise processing of payments to customers and vendors.
  • Implement financial procedures to boost efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee AR and AP processes and monthly closing activities and financial analyses.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Work with corporate tax teams to ensure precise tax reporting.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
  • Assess and enhance existing financial processes for improvements and implement productivity and cost-saving measures.
  • Mentor and lead a small finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified to a degree level in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a finance role in a startup or tech environment.
  • Knowledge and strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Proactive, flexible, and willingness to do hands-on work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
