Deliver Excellence in Property Management

• Implement best practices including the use of non-local colleagues and technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Support your team to o Always deliver customer service targets and SLAs; o deliver all maintenance works rapidly, within budget and to a high standard.
• Work in tandem with the Accounts Team to o oversee rental and service charges invoicing and monitor bad and aged debtors. o ensure budgets, forecasting and reporting is valuable, accurate and timely. 2. Develop Relationships
• Meet with clients, committees, share transfer company directors and other stakeholders to agree expectations and enhance the actual and perceived value of our services.
• Lead, inspire, develop and manage a team of colleagues in Jersey and off-island.
• Build pride in the organisation in those who work for it and those we work for.

Protect and Grow the Business

• Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the Companys overall goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policy, local legislation, regulations and standards, and RICS guidelines and procedures whilst enabling our MLRO, MLCO and DPO with their duties.
• Be pro-active in delivering new and existing business opportunities.
• Develop and implement tenant retention strategies and leasing initiatives to maximise occupancy and revenue and to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
• Support the board by identifying risks and managing them

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of managing and leading teams effectively.
• Demonstrable knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
• 7+ Years of experience in property management, with a proven track record.
• Experience of being able to negotiate fees even in difficult circumstances.
• Membership of a professional body such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), or the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) is highly desirable.
