Human Resources Manager

• Professional HR certification (CIPD level 5) or equivalent work experience in a senior management role
• Proven experience in HR Management or generalist role within a fast-paced commercial environment
• Strong understanding of employment law and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience with SAGE payroll, desirable

To drive the role forward, the individual will provide a professional, proactive and collaborative HR Generalist service to the line management and colleague population across the South Atlantic & Diego Garcia jurisdictions. The HR manager will lead and manage all aspects of HR within the organisation, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and delivering strategic and operational HR support.
