Job Description
Administering M365 tenancy including licensing, users, groups and some authentication applications for SaaS in Entra, security reviews in Defender, data compliance in Purview, staging devices in Autopilot/Intune and general endpoint management including web filters etc. Working with vendors including reviewing SLAs on period basis. IT Helpdesk and triaging tickets, either solving inhouse or passing on to third party service provider. Also admin of some SaaS apps including configuring SAML SSO etc.
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administration support role within an IT environment, with experience in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with IT systems and software.
You will have strong organisational and time-management skills, and the ability to manage own workloads and coordinate activity in line with strict deadlines.
Candidates should have
excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, have a proactive problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
