Description

  • Deploying software, creating user groups and operating system policies across the Client networks
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining software, hardware, network and application components of Client systems
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware and networking issues
  • Ensuring proper and secure storage, backup and retrieval of data
  • Replacing and upgrading outdated or defective hardware
  • Identifying and implementing new strategies for optimal computer system operations
  • Enforcing security best practices to prevent cyber-attacks and security breaches
  • Documenting internal processes for achieving optimal performance of computer systems through internal knowledge base
  • Responding to Client Tickets in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with clients
  • Maintaining time sheets

Qualifications

  • Work within an IT department or consultancy for 5+ Years
  • Basic Networking: 1+ Years
  • Microsoft Windows Workstation: 5+ Years
  • Microsoft Windows Server: 1+ Years
  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Experience with Cloud Service Providers (e.g. Azure, AWS) desirable
  • Able to operate with a degree of autonomy and decision making.
