You will be supporting the HSE team in the creation, development, and maintenance of our Health, Safety, and Environmental Management systems all while upholding our company values, purpose, and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Health,Safety, and Sustainability team.
  • Assist with the preparation and writing of reports and documents.
  • Organise and maintain health and safety records.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings.
  • Support in coordinating Health, Safety & Sustainability initiatives.
  • Take and issue minutes of Health and Safety meetings
  • As the role develops, take on responsibilities in risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
  • Provide KPIs and data for company reports.
  • Complete all academic requirements within agreed timeframes.


Qualifications:

  • IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and undertake qualifications to support your professional growth.
  • A basic understanding of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.
  • A desire to work toward IEMA and NEBOSH qualifications.
  • Great administrative and communication skills
