Service Delivery Supervisor
Job Description:
A customer service-oriented Service Delivery Supervisor to provide management and administration support to our Service Delivery Agents. You will be considered the organisations front liner, dealing primarily with clients, engineers, and Logicalis colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone and assisting with queries from external customers, Service Engineers, and various departments of the business.
- Supporting and assisting Engineers with regard to their daily schedules, outstanding calls, and associated queries.
- Providing telephone cover or general administration as required within the department.
- Logging, tracking, routing, and redirecting problems to correct resources.
- Following up with customers, providing feedback, and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Ordering and chasing required or outstanding products/parts.
- Handling complaints.
- Effective utilisation of resources to maximize productivity and minimize response times.
- Working under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
- Utilising excellent customer service skills to exceed customers expectations.
- Managing records of Customer Licencing
- Support for Contracts Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet.
- Ability to work under extreme pressures and deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Numerate and literate with good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in the technology or service delivery industry.
- Certifications in Project Management or IT service management are a plus
