The group has built a reputation for excellence and innovation by delivering major land and marine projects for local and global clients and due to significant growth, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join the team at our HQ in Jersey.

Reporting directly into the BS Manager and working alongside the Head of Innovation, this is a position with endless potential and a lot of recent investment that is set to continue! With three major sites and an additional 3 satellite office, the successful candidate will work alongside the ERP team and SMEs in delivering the most efficient operational processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with 3rd party software companies to ensure that proposed solutions meet the functional needs of the company.
• Analyse the business & D365 processes, in order to make recommendations to resolve pain points
• Create, maintain and contribute to various project documentation using Word, Excel and Visio and occasionally other software.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing and functional testing by preparing test scenarios and scripts, assisting users as they perform UAT and participating in triage sessions to deal with issues raised during testing.
• Supporting the production of PowerBI Reports

Requirements:

You will be degree educated and have at least 2 years experience in a similar Business Analyst Role with a comprehensive understanding of Business Systems and ERP implementation experience. It would be highly desirable if candidates had an understanding of MS Dynamics and ERP integration experience. Also, experience of building BI reports in an ERP environment would be of interest.
