Job Description
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing production application issues (such as server connectivity, server upgrades etc).
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with customers to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Supporting application test & upgrades.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Managing multiple cases at one time
Qualifications
- Prior experience in application support role.
- Proficiency in Banking / Financial application support,
- Experience of working in Microsoft, Linux and SQL databases.
- Prior experience supporting Payments/ Swift gateway solutions is must.
- Prior experience with IBM MQ
- Prior experience with Bottomline GTExchange is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Certification in Microsoft or Linux is advantageous
