Job Description

  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Diagnosing and repairing production application issues (such as server connectivity, server upgrades etc).
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Following up with customers to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Supporting application test & upgrades.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in application support role.
  • Proficiency in Banking / Financial application support,
  • Experience of working in Microsoft, Linux and SQL databases.
  • Prior experience supporting Payments/ Swift gateway solutions is must.
  • Prior experience with IBM MQ
  • Prior experience with Bottomline GTExchange is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Certification in Microsoft or Linux is advantageous
