Head of Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all quality assurance activities across production, packaging, and export operations for coconut-based products.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with international food safety and export standards.

• Monitor raw material quality, in-process controls, and final product testing to ensure consistency and compliance.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, and other relevant food safety certifications.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and export teams to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

• Train and guide QA staff to maintain high-quality standards and continuous improvement culture.

Requirements 

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related discipline.

• Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in quality assurance within the coconut products, food processing, or FMCG export industry.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other international food safety standards.

• Proven ability to manage audits, certifications, and client inspections.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Age below 50 years, with strong communication and team management capabilities.
