Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction and expansion projects for packaging plants and industrial facilities from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

• Review technical drawings, cost estimates, and contractor proposals to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.

• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports specific to packaging or industrial facilities.

• Implement project management best practices and tools to enhance efficiency, reporting, and risk mitigation.

• Provide on-site technical guidance to resolve civil, structural, and MEP challenges promptly.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.

• Identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.

• Evaluate project progress against milestones and recommend corrective actions to maintain smooth execution.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 5 - 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in industrial, factory, or packaging facilities.

• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle construction or expansion projects is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and contract administration in industrial settings.

• Ability to interpret and implement engineering drawings and technical documentation.

• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including civil, structural, and MEP engineers.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
