Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction and expansion projects for packaging plants and industrial facilities from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Review technical drawings, cost estimates, and contractor proposals to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.

Develop and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports specific to packaging or industrial facilities.

Implement project management best practices and tools to enhance efficiency, reporting, and risk mitigation.

Provide on-site technical guidance to resolve civil, structural, and MEP challenges promptly.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.

Identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.

Evaluate project progress against milestones and recommend corrective actions to maintain smooth execution.
Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

5 - 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in industrial, factory, or packaging facilities.

Hands-on experience managing full-cycle construction or expansion projects is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and contract administration in industrial settings.

Ability to interpret and implement engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including civil, structural, and MEP engineers.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
-
PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
