Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility.

• Ensure the efficient operation of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facility systems.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for maintenance and repair work.

• Monitor and optimize energy usage and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and facility operations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery maintenance.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in industrial settings.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
