HVAC Technician - Jaffna



Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality after-sales service to motorcycle customers in assigned provinces.
• Conduct repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of motorcycles, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate with provincial service representatives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through a pleasant and professional service approach.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and protocols.

Job Requirements

• Male candidates who are age below 45 years.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in motorcycle repairs and maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge in motorcycles (experience with electric vehicles will be an added advantage).
• Pleasant and friendly personality with good customer-handling skills.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid riding license.
