Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured training programs for onboarding and continuous development of the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields; professional training certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical sales with proven success in achieving sales targets.
• At least 3 years of experience in a training, coaching, or development role, preferably in pharma.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical products, sales processes, and industry regulations.
• Skilled in mentoring and motivating teams to achieve higher performance.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms to enhance training delivery.
