Regional Business Manager – Veterinary Pharmaceuticals 

We are looking for a field-based Regional Business Manager to drive sales and business growth in the Veterinary Pharmaceutical sector. This role focuses on expanding the company’s reach, building strong relationships with veterinarians, clinics, and distributors, and achieving regional sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets within the assigned region for veterinary products.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with veterinarians, distributors, and clinics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
  • Prepare and present regional sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute regional promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development in the veterinary pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
  • Strong field-based experience with ability to travel within the region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred.
