Responsibilities

  • Carry out installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of utility and mechanical equipment at customer sites.
  • Attend breakdowns and troubleshooting activities to ensure minimum equipment downtime.
  • Travel to client locations to execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work.
  • Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and job-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Support service planning and continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Requirements

  • BSc / NDT / HNDE / NDES or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in field service or maintenance operations.
  • Practical exposure to utility equipment such as boilers, heaters, compressors, chillers, and pumps.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites for service assignments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
