Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of utility and mechanical equipment at customer sites.
- Attend breakdowns and troubleshooting activities to ensure minimum equipment downtime.
- Travel to client locations to execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and job-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely service delivery.
- Support service planning and continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
Requirements
- BSc / NDT / HNDE / NDES or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in field service or maintenance operations.
- Practical exposure to utility equipment such as boilers, heaters, compressors, chillers, and pumps.
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites for service assignments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
