Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Sales or B2B Sales within the construction, building materials, or interior solutions industry.

• Strong network and proven experience working with Architects, Contractors, and Developers.

• Successful track record of achieving project-based sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage tender documentation, BOQs, and project financials (cash flow & receivables).

• PMP Certification or any Project Management Qualification will be an added advantage.
