Responsibilities

  • Research consumer behavior, digital trends, and competitor activity to support brand strategy.

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, search engines, websites, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop content calendars for promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Manage SEO/SEM, paid ads, and email marketing to drive brand reach and sales growth.

  • Track performance of digital initiatives, generate reports, and recommend improvements.

  • Coordinate brand-building activities such as influencer marketing, partnerships, and online activations.

  • Support both digital and offline campaigns, including promotional events and product activations.

  • Handle customer interactions online, ensuring timely responses and positive brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3 - 6 years experience in digital marketing or brand management (FMCG/food industry preferred).

  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and digital advertising tools.

  • Strong project management and multitasking ability.

  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce and digital sales platforms to support online brand growth.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
