Responsibility
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the freight forwarding sector.
 
- Achieve sales targets by promoting company services such as sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation solutions.
 
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client visits.
 
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
 
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
 
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the Freight Forwarding industry (mandatory).
 
- Age between 25 to 45 years.
 
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
 
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding operations, including sea, air, and land transport.
 
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 
- Ability to work independently with a strong target-driven mindset.
