Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and efficiency.

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and Professional qualification such as (ACA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

• Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, and accounting principles.

• Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
