Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily production activities to achieve set targets.

• Support efficient use of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality meets company and customer standards.

• Support implementation and monitoring of safety, health, and environmental (SHE) practices.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist in identifying process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.

• Support senior engineers and operations managers in day-to-day production activities.

Requirements

• BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or NDT.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (steel industry experience is an advantage).

• Good knowledge of production planning and basic process optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is an added advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
