Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote agri-export products in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities in global markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of export orders and maintain service excellence.
- Support the expansion of the companys export operations across markets such as the Maldives, Middle East, and other regions.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional service delivery.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, negotiations, and business discussions.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Agri Export division by achieving sales and performance targets.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Export Agriculture, or International Business.
- Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in Export Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong managerial, analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage international clients and handle business communication professionally.
- Exposure to Agri exports, overseas sales, or international marketing will be a definite advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to contribute to a high-performance, globally oriented organization.
