Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote agri-export products in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities in global markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of export orders and maintain service excellence.
  • Support the expansion of the companys export operations across markets such as the Maldives, Middle East, and other regions.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional service delivery.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, negotiations, and business discussions.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Agri Export division by achieving sales and performance targets.


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Export Agriculture, or International Business.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in Export Sales & Marketing.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong managerial, analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage international clients and handle business communication professionally.
  • Exposure to Agri exports, overseas sales, or international marketing will be a definite advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to contribute to a high-performance, globally oriented organization.
