Responsibilities
- Oversee all after-sales services including maintenance, spare parts, service contracts, and customer support for Cummins power generation products.
- Lead, coach, and manage the aftermarket/service team,
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, handle escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability, reduce downtime, and minimize obsolete or excess stock.
- Manage the aftermarket budget, control operational costs, and drive profitability through service and spare parts sales.
- Monitor KPIs, identify market trends, and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and grow aftermarket revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (CIM qualification is an added advantage).
- Minimum 5 years experience in after-sales, service, or aftermarket operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in power generation, generators, heavy machinery, automotive.
- Strong understanding of service operations, spare parts management, and customer contracts (Cummins product knowledge is an advantage).
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficient in inventory/service management systems; strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
