Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of factory equipment and facilities to ensure efficiency, safety and quality.

• Lead engineering projects, providing technical solutions to optimize production processes and enhance operational performance.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance and technical projects, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.

• Develop, implement, and enforce engineering standards, procedures, and best practices within the department.

• Manage, mentor, and guide the engineering team; handle administrative tasks, approve expenditures, and manage procurement of materials and services.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering (BSc Eng.) or HND with relevant experience.

• 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in factory or industrial maintenance.

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, Inventor).

• Strong problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire, guide, and motivate technical teams effectively.

• Experience with production optimization and efficiency improvement projects.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance. 
• Ability to analyze technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
