Responsibilities

Oversee installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of factory equipment and facilities to ensure efficiency, safety and quality.

Lead engineering projects, providing technical solutions to optimize production processes and enhance operational performance.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance and technical projects, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.

Develop, implement, and enforce engineering standards, procedures, and best practices within the department.

Manage, mentor, and guide the engineering team; handle administrative tasks, approve expenditures, and manage procurement of materials and services.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering (BSc Eng.) or HND with relevant experience.
2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in factory or industrial maintenance.

Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, Inventor).

Strong problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire, guide, and motivate technical teams effectively.
- Experience with production optimization and efficiency improvement projects.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to analyze technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
