Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and closing processes.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan tax regulations and handle timely submission of returns.
• Handle payroll processing, inventory accounting, and asset management.
• Support audits and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA/CPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 5-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan financial regulations and taxation.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
• Male candidates below 45 years of age.
