Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales orders from receipt to delivery.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP/CRM systems.
- Liaise with customers, logistics, inventory, and finance teams.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Prepare sales performance reports and analysis for management.
- Support sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Resolve sales-related issues and support customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales administration (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, order management, and customer coordination.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and professional work ethic.
