Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Liaise with customers, logistics, inventory, and finance teams.
  • Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Prepare sales performance reports and analysis for management.
  • Support sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Resolve sales-related issues and support customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales administration (automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, order management, and customer coordination.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and professional work ethic.
