Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily and monthly production targets.

• Ensure production activities meet quality management standards.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure production schedules are followed and deadlines are met.

• Support continuous improvement of production processes to improve output and product quality.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on the shop floor.

• Monitor production performance and report deviations when required.

• Assist in maintaining accurate production records and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Manufacturing Management.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar production role.

• Basic knowledge of production planning and process optimization.

• Ability to work well as part of a team.

• Good understanding of health and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an added advantage).
