Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
 - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
 - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture
 - Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
 - Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
 - Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
 - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and increase employee satisfaction
 - Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
 - Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and employee relations processes
 - Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects and initiatives as needed
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Professional Qualification in HRM
 - 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
 - Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders
 - Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
 - Experience with HRIS and other HR software
 - Strong organizational and time-management skills
 - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
