Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly with proper phone etiquette.
  • Manage reservations, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
  • Handle front-desk operations including inquiries, correspondence, and administrative support.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Assist other departments with clerical and administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

  • G.C.E. O/L minimum academic qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and receptionist skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle reservations.
  • A self-motivated lady with an outgoing and pleasant personality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an advantage).
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office knowledge preferred).
