Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms
  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and recognition
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a top employer
  • Oversee social and digital media strategies, engaging audiences and building the brand's online reputation
  • Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams, inspiring and motivating team members to reach set goals
  • Present and negotiate effectively with stakeholders to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant area
  • Proven experience in Internal and External Communications, Brand Marketing, Employer Branding, Social & Digital Media, and Project Management
  • Demonstrated strengths in attention to detail, strategic decision-making, problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Sinhalese, with excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience working effectively within diverse teams; prior exposure to working with international teams is advantageous
